has been in private practice since 1986. He
attended Murray State University and
received his professional training at
Southern College of Optometry, Memphis, TN.
During his training he was selected as the
Outstanding Senior Clinician in 1986.

a native of Clinton, received her
undergraduate degree in 2006 from Morehead
State University with a major in Chemistry.
She received her doctor of optometry degree
from University of Missouri St. Louis
College of Optometry in 2011.

Kentucky, Dr. David Jaco
attended Murray State University for his
pre-optometry training. Afterwards, he
attended and graduated from Southern College
of Optometry in Memphis, TN. In 1994, Dr.
Jaco entered into an established optometric
practice with Dr. James Byrn and formed
Murray Vision Center.

Dr. John P. Lyles
graduated from the Southern College of
Optometry after completing his undergraduate
studies at Murray State University. He now
practices in his hometown of Calvert City,
Kentucky.

Dr. Mark Owens
graduated from the University of Kentucky in
1976, and went on to get his optometric
degree from the Southern College of
Optometry in 1980.

Sheridan is a Western Kentucky

University where she double majored in
Physics and Biology. In 1997 she graduated

Memphis, Tennessee.

Carl Marquess, M.D., a
member of Eye Care Associates of Kentucky,
has practiced ophthalmology in his hometown
of Paducah, KY., since the early1980's.
